Commercial Terms
- Commercial terms is yet to be defined and will be managed separately with each potential acquirer
- Different commercial structures will be set in place depending on if the acquirer purchases the patents or licenses for manufacturing
Selling Process
- Atension and its patent portfolio is up for sale as from 15th of March, 2010
- The patent portfolio may be acquired in its whole, or separately by patent
- In addition, the buyer may receive/acquire additional non-filed inventions as well as continuous support (to be discussed in the contractual agreement)
- Atension has ongoing discussions with tentative international buyers and expects to close the transaction(s) within 3-5 months
